"Mike Hyles has represented us in three different real estate Bay Area real estate transactions over the past one year, two for us and one for my father-in-law.  On our first property, Mike suggested certain repairs be done to fix up the place.  We didn't have much money at all and were a little hesitant to spend the extra to do this.  Luckily we listened to him as the house went on the market, was in contract within a couple of weeks, finally ending up at about $25,000 over asking price.  On the next two properties, we let Mike have free reign.  He knows what is worth spending money on and what is frivolous.  His staff is amazing and takes care of all of this behind the scenes.   We trust him completely and have come out significantly ahead financially on all three deals. Our last property didn't even get listed on the MLS - was in contract before the sign went up.  We are now living in our dream home on an island in the Pacific Northwest, have a beautiful vacation home in Tahoe and my father-in-law has been taken care of for the rest of his life.

Mike is beyond amazing and is considered a good friend now.  How many real estate agents can you say that about?  When Mike Hyles says "Trust me..." Do just that.  You will never regret it.

I used to lump Real Estate Agents into the same category as Used Car Salesman; sneaky, manipulative, high-pressure, lying people who would sell their soul in order to make a sale3; until I started working with Mike Hyles!  I was referred to Mike through a company discount program that offered 20% off the Real Estate Broker´s commission.  At first I thought that Mike wouldn´t work as hard for me as he would for someone paying full commission3; but again I was wrong!  Mike took my "wish list" of price range, neighborhoods, house-style, etc. and was religious about emailing me his active property summary report on a daily basis.  He also put me in touch with a very reputable mortgage company that took great care of me.  I never thought that obtaining a mortgage and closing on a home could be so painless!

When the time came to look at property, Mike was there right on time to pick me up.  He showed me what to look for and what to look out for.  He even "coached" me on how to act, and what not to say in front of a person who was showing his own home.  One of the things that stood out about Mike was his integrity3; no hard sell from him.  I recall one house that I had showed an interest in, but was wavering.  Mike said "unless you´re 100% sure you want this house, let´s keep looking".  He could very well have tried to sell me that property, but he knew that it would be quite a long-term commitment and he genuinely wanted me to be happy.  The house I ended up buying had been on the market for awhile.  Mike put in a bid for me a bit under what they were asking, only to be told by the listing agent that someone that same day had offered the full price.  I was a little disappointed but told myself everything happens for a reason.  Mike took it upon himself to contact the same listing agent the following day to see if the other folks had their loan approved and bid accepted.  When he was told that they were denied, he quickly called me back with the news and to ask if I wanted to submit my bid.  I did and within a month I was moving into my new home!

Throughout the closing, Mike was always there to answer questions3; and when he happened to be out of the office showing other properties, his incredibly knowledgeable and friendly "right hand woman" was there for me!  My phone calls and emails were always answered in a most timely fashion and without my asking, he even send me copied of the documents that I would need when filling out my taxes so that I could take advantage of every single deduction (that I surely didn´t know about).  And if all that weren´t enough, I received a complimentary subscription to Sunset Magazine from him!!

I´m sorry if I rambled3; once I got started talking about Mike, I couldn´t stop thinking about all he´s done for me.
